On the pre-holiday day, I’ve got a couple of free hours and my daughter and I attended the ECO-EXPO exhibition in the IEC. We were very hungry and to our happiness at once at the entrance we were inspired by the stand Svandy with the image of a kangaroo and a refrigerating showcase where we saw attractive desserts.
It was immediately clear from the appearance that there are no vegetable creams or current fatty glazes. As it turned out, these vegan desserts are made without products of animal origin. I’m not a vegan, and prefer healthy food, delicious and with low-sugar content. I decided without hesitation and bought a berry dessert of a light pink colour to taste, and Oh My God – this tenderest culinary masterpiece simply melted in the mouth. I did not even notice how I swallowed all the cake and saw that there is a format of the same dessert in the form of a whole cake. My daughter tried Medovik with coconut cream, well, to say, I’m not a Medovik lover, but it was rather strange to come up with such an idea – Medovik with coconut cream.
My daughter has got full, but I did not, and ate another chocolate cake. Very grateful to my daughter who supported my choice and assistants who advised to try their other desserts. Then, we went home satisfied and with a full package of the most delicious and healthy desserts, for example, in the form of a heart with coconut, and chocolate cakes with and without nuts, and of course with a berry cake.
